Our Story


 

The Ferry & Yates Group Ltd was founded in 2022 by KJ and later re‑incorporated under its current name. Originally providing dedicated services for the NHS, we quickly identified gaps in support for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. This inspired us to expand into web development, bookkeeping, accountancy, HR, marketing, business consultancy, and operational support—ensuring organisations across the UK have practical solutions to grow and thrive.

KJ also founded The Community Impact Project, our non-profit arm, after noticing a lack of signposting and community concerns being taken seriously. A portion of all profits is directed to the project, which now supports almost 500 members and drives lasting change in local communities fighting for social justice and better care navigation. The Community Impact Project coordinates with various businesses and trades reflecting the wide range of our communities.,
